Millow - Less emissons

Millow is committed to developing a sustainable meat analog that minimizes resource consumption through cutting-edge fermentation technology, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, including taste and texture.

Our S-units, also known as mycelium growth units, utilize minimal amounts of water and energy, resulting in a remarkable 97% reduction in emissions compared to beef and an 80% reduction compared to soy.

In addition, we carefully consider the ingredients we use in Millow. Our meat analogs are based on mycelium and high-quality Swedish oats, which are mainly grown using rainwater. Using oats also avoids harmful components that may damage our rainforest ecosystems. We take great pride in our contribution to preserving these essential lifelines through our innovative fermentation technology.
